Такое употребление слов commitment, committed встречается часто: Work in Russia is changing, and competent, committed professionals want to understand how to ensure their organizations’ success. [...] Businesses in Russia need to have their people be fully committed to taking accountability for the organization’s success (Career Forum). Commitment replaces Beattie’s moral passivity and deadpan style (New York Times). В последнем примере контекст подсказывает перевод неравнодушное отношение.
